At Refreshs Spa, we strive to provide exceptional services and experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexibility while maintaining a fair policy for both our clients and our team. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy carefully for details about service cancellations, product returns, and refunds.
1. Service Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation Notice: To avoid any cancellation fees, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment, a 50% charge of the booked service price will apply.
No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full service amount will be charged.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without any penalty. After that, cancellations or changes will be subject to the cancellation fee.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and you will still be charged for the full service.
2. Gift Certificates & Packages
Non-Refundable: Gift certificates and prepaid packages are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred or used towards future services at Refreshs Spa.
Expiration: Please be aware that gift certificates and packages may have expiration dates or validity periods. We encourage you to use them within the specified time frame.
3. Product Returns
Unused Products: We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase. You must present the receipt or proof of purchase.
Defective Products: If a product is defective or damaged upon purchase, please contact us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable Products: For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on used products, including skincare, cosmetics, or any personal care items once opened.
4. Refunds
Service Refunds: We do not generally offer refunds on services provided, as our treatments are custom and hands-on. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us immediately, and we will work with you to address any concerns.
Product Refunds: Refunds for eligible products will be processed to the original payment method. If you qualify for a refund, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Exemptions
Health Restrictions: If you are unable to receive a service due to health restrictions, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
Special Promotions: Refunds or returns are not available on promotional services or discounted packages, unless otherwise specified.
